Cable Bliss

It has been a couple years since Nate and I have had cable television. Mostly because we were both in school for some time and also working full-time, so it seemed silly to pay for it when we both never had time to enjoy it. Then, Oliver came along, and he is a little time-consuming (grin).

All the sudden, Nate came home and told me he ordered cable. I think he mainly did it because we didn't get season tickets to the Beavers this year and he wanted to make sure he could watch the games. I have to admit, that on my days off when I am still wide awake at 3am, a little cable t.v. has been pretty awesome.

But....it has lead to an obsession. An obsession with a little channel called HGTV.

Yes, I can spend hours in furniture stores, or at an antique mall mulling over decorative details. And these three designers are my inspiration :)

What can I say, they just get me and my addiction to all things pretty to look at and live in. I feel like they are my friends. (Should I admit that? Sometimes it gets a little lonely at the wee hours of the morning).

Am I the only one?
